Brief Posting Description
Performs full range of administration activities associated with subcontracting work. Maintains subcontract files, extensive logs and reports in accordance to established procedures. Performs a full range of administration activities associated with subcontracting work on a project. Under general supervision and direct supervision, performs assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within their field. Displays core job competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills. Plans and manages multiple meeting requests and events, ensuring the appropriate information is prepared in advance for multiple attendees.
Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an administrative or associate degree or equivalent work experience in lieu. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and prioritize work load on an ongoing basis. A commercial legal assistant background would be considered an asset.
